Intricately artisan-crafted, this unique "Ivy Love" jewellery box is gorgeous and completely created without the slightest use of machinery or artificial color. Upon completion, it is rubbed with agate stone before a wax polish is applied. It features rustic old-world style hinges and a simple 'secret box' open and closing feature (see video below). The box is expertly designed out of walnut wood, including the lavish composition and other embellishments which is carved with admirable detail. Before commencing work, the walnut wood has to be first cut into planks and dried for 3 years. Upon completion, the inside is lined with velvet for a beautiful finish. This piece is, of course, is not limited to only keeping jewelry, as it is also great for holding your other small precious treasures. It is sure to become a cherished item you'll want to pass down.
This beautiful piece is 100% handcrafted by a master craftsman in India, who's art of wood carving is a family heritage handed down over generations.
