TARIFF UPDATE (March 9th 2025): For now, the "de minimis threshold" allows the goods we sell on our website valued at $800 USD or less, to enter the US duty-free. However, it is possible that this restriction may be lifted by the CBP at some point in the future.

- Min $35 pre-tax orders qualify for $5 off shipping for destinations throughout Canada and the contiguous USA when coupon code SHIP5 is entered at checkout. - Free Ground Shipping is offered as an option for Canadian* and Contiguous US destination orders exceeding $250 before tax. (Excludes Yukon, NWT and Nunavut).
- Due to increasing fraudulent activity, we verify ALL billing and shipping information. Orders with incorrect or suspicious details will not ship, and the credit card will be promptly refunded.
- Free shipping excludes wholesale, commerical and discounted orders.
- Coupon codes apply only to regular-priced items (unless otherwise stated), and cannot be combined.
- Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery discrepancies (delays, misdirection, etc.) are rare but beyond our control. We diligently collaborate with shippers to address issues.

RETURNS (must comply with above terms)
To initiate a return, log in to your account, locate the order via "Complete Orders" under My Account, and click Return Item(s). We'll email your refund once we've received and processed the return.
Product must be unused and returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Adequate packaging is essential to avoid damage; refunds won't be issued for inadequately packaged items.
Custom laser engraved items, including wood signs, leather products, and wood boxes are non-returnable unless the error is ours.
User-caused damages are not eligible for return.
Discounted and special order items are non-returnable.
