The Arbutus, also known as the Pacific Madrone, stands as an emblem of the Pacific Northwest, adorning the region with its breathtaking rugged charm. The wood boasts durability, enhanced by time, and its hue deepens to a richer tone with wear.
Harvested from the forest floor, each branch is transformed into polished discs, meticulously sanded for a smooth finish, and then left to dry for six months. Every nature-inspired design is meticulously carved by hand, individually and freely, creating a one-of-a-kind piece of art. The embodiment of Canada's natural West Coast is captured in these intricate designs. A water-based satin varnish is gently applied to seal each creation.
